September, 1965. Jack Pierpont's visionary sci fi pilot, Space Mission 6 has been picked up by Continental Television Network for the Fall 1965 season.

Kay Allen, President of Kay-Byrd Studios, is determined to put Kay-Byrd on the same map as the major studios of the day. But her very success at producing the show may also be the studio's demise. With deficit financing and an astronomical budget by 1960s standards, Space Mission 6 could bankrupt the studio.

Sam Stone, the associate producer of SM6, is the tent pole holding everything up, and is the central character of our show-- the character who strives to maintain some normalcy in this crazy circus. He is the one we will identify with-- he is our guide to that place between a man's ego and the shining idealism of his most imaginative dreams-- a place we call Space Mission 6.

Join us for each entertaining episode in what we facetiously, and fatuously, call a cross between "Mad Men" and "Galaxy Quest", a romp through the mid-1960s world of Hollywood, Los Angeles, by way of the United Galactic Cruiser Constitution and the far reaches of the universe!
